“Last week I went to Sapien for a hydro facial, and I was absolutely blown away by the results. Kristen, the esthetician, gave me the most incredible facial I’ve ever had — hands down.

From the beginning, the experience was on another level. Before starting the treatment, they had me go through a skin analysis using a specialized machine to assess the condition of my skin. They showed me the results, explained what was going on with my skin, and gave me personalized recommendations — including the importance of using sunscreen regularly. Since moving to the U.S., I’ve tried facials in many spas across several states, including plenty here in Washington, and I’ve always ended up disappointed.
