“Last week I went to Sapien for a hydro facial, and I was absolutely blown away by the results. The session lasted almost three hours, and honestly, it was the best thing that’s ever happened to my face, neck, and chest. Kristen, the esthetician, gave me the most incredible facial I’ve ever had — hands down.

From the beginning, the experience was on another level. Before starting the treatment, they had me go through a skin analysis using a specialized machine to assess the condition of my skin. They showed me the results, explained what was going on with my skin, and gave me personalized recommendations — including the importance of using sunscreen regularly. Since moving to the U.S., I’ve tried facials in many spas across several states, including plenty here in Washington, and I’ve always ended up disappointed. The equipment they use is top-of-the-line, and the facial room was so comfortable I actually fell asleep during the session — which is rare for me. I usually can’t nap during the day, much less during a facial, but it was so relaxing that I just drifted off. When I woke up, my skin felt transformed — baby smooth. And what amazed me even more is that not only did my skin look and feel amazing that same day, but it stayed that way. It’s been a week, and my skin still feels incredibly soft and glowing.
