I truly appreciate Chelsey, and how easy she made this very difficult process for us. Her team was able to transport our loved one from the hospital to their care shortly after we contacted them. She was very thorough in explaining what each step of cremation would entail, scheduling our private moment beforehand, and the timelines she provided were accurate.
