IRG Physical & Hand Therapy in Bothell offers hand and upper extremity therapy with a wide range of therapeutic treatments. The clinic provides a very relaxing and cozy atmosphere where patients are greeted warmly. The therapists are described as super good, knowledgeable, personable, understanding, and gentle. They adopt a personalized approach to care, explaining everything clearly and celebrating progress. The therapy is noted as very effective for recovery from injuries, helping to eliminate pain and restore full range of motion. Patients learn ways to manage pain at home and report significant improvement. The practice is highly recommended by those who have visited.
I recently had 24 visits here to recover from wrist surgery. My physical therapist Sarah Glick specializes in Occupational Hand Therapy. She proved to be Excellent at treating me and getting my wrist strength back so that I could return to my strenuous career without and issues! I am very grateful and highly recommend this facility!
I found the staff very friendly, and my hand therapist Sarah Glick very knowledgeable. Sarah gave me instructions that I could continue to do at home. These home and clinic exercises improved my hand movements. I recommend this clinic for their professionalism, friendliness, and determination to improve your well being.
The staff at IRG Bothell are great! They truly aim to understand what your need is and work WITH you to meet it. Personally, I had a bit of an alternative request as opposed to what they usually do as I needed a consult with a specialist to get a medical waiver for a job. Despite the request being a little different than what their used to, the staff didn't skip a beat and were able to get me a short but more than adequate consult with one of their specialists Sarah Glick. Sarah was great to work with she made me feel comfortable and made sure there was clarity on both ends.
