My guinea pig was sick and they were amazing. They took him immediately and were updating me every step of the way. Even after the visit they continued to reach out to assure he was still doing well and to answer any further questions I had. This will definitely be the place I go any time a little critter in our house needs help.
We were extremely satisfied with the care of Veena during her appointment. Dr. McLaughlin was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions as well as giving us advice for optimizing the care of our Gecko. I expect we will work with CBEAM for all of our future exotic vet needs including routine visits for other reptiles in our care, in fact I’ve already scheduled an appointment for them to see my Standing’s day gecko pair in a couple weeks.
Drove out here hoping to save our snake but she died on the way there. They were very compassionate and handled her cremation and gave us a clay print of her body. I live clear up in Smokey Point but it was worth it for how compassionate they were.
