I’ve used Banfield for a few years now for my cats and I like them well enough. But the Banfield in Bothell is by far my favorite. They’re so personable and professional. I wish my own doctor’s clinic ran as efficiently and were as responsive. I highly recommend them.
I credit Banfield and their monthly plan to the longevity of my 15 year old pup. They are caring and always take the time to diagnose any problem he has had. Thank you Banfield for your excellent care.
Honestly, they were amazing! My cat had an emergency and they got her in the same day, reassuring me she’d be taken care of. The vet was so kind and explained everything really well. When I called to check in, they gave me clear updates on how she was doing.
