The service is affordable and glasses arrive early, fitting perfectly with no drama. It is a great experience, making customers very happy to have such a nice store close by. Have been going there for years. Staff always nice, good selection and the Dr is always thorough. Quite a surprise to have such a nice store in our little city of Bonney Lake, always thought I'd have to go to a bigger city for excellent care, but very happy to have one close by. Very clean office and always on-time.

The staff were very helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to help me pick out new frames, and more importantly, to help with a call to a rep from my insurance company to explain my coverage. There was very little wait, and I was really happy with the individual service and help I received.
