Not only does he listen to my ideas, but he offers great suggestions to bring life to art. The welcoming environment by Jason and now Jordan along with the cleanliness and safety standards really speak to how seriously they operate as a business. They also equip each person with clear and precise aftercare instructions and will request a follow up visit to see how the healing process went. They truly have a passion for their work and really enjoy what they do. I have met so many good people that are also customers that I consider great friends now. It's like we all share a common love for the place and what Jason has built. I've been to many parlors prior to meeting Jason. None could hold a candle to the entire experience I have everytime I get in the chair at Ink City. It's so good to know I'll never have to find another place!“

“Received my first tattoo here from Eva and she did AMAZING! Gave her my reference photos and her artwork was more than perfect. She was very patient with all my questions with it being my first time. She walked me through what to expect while tattooing and was very clear about aftercare. She also made sure I knew to reach out to her with any questions I have while I heal. I’m only on day two post tattoo but it’s healing very nicely! Everyone I’ve shown my tattoo to has been so impressed by it!

He was fun and easy going. The shop is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and if I decide to get another tattoo, it will be from Cody.“

“I had my nose pierced since 2019 and never took out the ring. I couldn’t take it out myself, so I called Action Tattoo and they only charged me $10 to remove it. I needed to get a MRI the following day and I expressed how anxious I get. Gwen is pleasant, professional, and gentle. She gave me advice with the MRI and was done in minutes. “Talked about getting my nose pierced for a while. My friend said I should go to where she went at the Commons Mall. Not gonna lie, I was like "Commons Mall??! Who goes there!?" Decided to go and give it a try. They were empty when we got there on a Friday afternoon so they were able to sneak us right in for two nose piercings and a cartilage piercing. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly. We worked with Dan and he did he was cool to work with. Overall would def recommend!“
