Super nice staff, great selection of jewelry and can usually get them to help you put in new earrings when they're a but difficult if small or something. Definitely keep going back for new pieces!

I've gone there several times, including today's piercing (2nd holes in each lobe). Their inventory is so gorgeous, all of it. I want most of the store, ha. Every time, the employees greet me and will check in a couple times without being overbearing. They are super helpful when I have questions, very knowledgeable. Their piercer is super sweet and informative, and great at piercing quickly and accurately once you give the go ahead. They take walk-ins for simple piercings, too, fyi. I'll definitely be back!

Esmeralda was incredible ?? ...wasn't anticiping such spectacular service when entering the store for the first time, but was pleasantly surprised & cannot praise highly enough; very knowledgeable & immensely helpful, anticipated needs & questions so keenly--some even before being asked, addressed concerns attentively, showed quality care that def went above & beyond, kind vibes, just all around beautiful soul & a true gem...will definitely return & recommend!
