I hired them to clean out my dryer exhaust vent, as the LG dryer kept saying 80% blocked. Devon came out and cleaned the exhaust, but the dryer kept giving the clogged error even after he cleaned it. Something had to be still blocked, right? I called the business and spoke to Chuck, he was a good communicator and advised he'd send the technician back to take a second look. Low and behold, the dryer exhaust vent had a grate that was preventing the flap from opening on the outside of the house. Chuck showed up on time for the appointment today, he was very curious and professional. Chuck took time to look over my heating system going over what items he cleaned and which items will need to be serviced in the next few years. Chuck even installed a new filter I already had here for no additional cost. Thank you for your time and all your help Prestine Air Service.

My A/C stopped working suddenly. I reached out to Pristine Air and they responded quickly and sent tech out immediately. This is a Saturday 7/6. It’s the beginning of our heat wave. Chuck arrived within a half hour of my request. After I gave him details he went to work. The issue was found and parts replaced and I’m a very satisfied customer. Thank you Chuck for getting my A/C working and the extras tasks you did to help this homeowner out. Highly recommend!!!!
