Shawn helped troubleshoot our AC that wasn’t working quickly and easily. There ended up being no major issue. He was honest and friendly. Will definitely use their services again.

Mike was great! He was on time and very professional. He even sent me a text to let me know he was on his way. I will only be using Optimal HVAC from now on and referring them to friends.

We had AC issues, and couldn't cool our home when temperature rose during hot weather. We came to learn that our 1992 Lennox AC had no coolant, the compressor was old and existing wiring might not pass a modern code inspection. We went ahead and sought estimates from 3 companies (including Mercurio's and Taylor Heating) to see what would be required (in terms of cost, equipment, etc.) to get the AC working.
All three companies sent out knowledgeable techs who diagnosed the same issues and proposed solid solutions. Although Taylor Heating charged $60 for their estimate, Mercurio's and Optimal were both free. Honestly, all three offered... read full review
