Cannot recommend these guys enough!!!! From start to finish they were very easy to work with, very quick with a bid and scheduling! From office personnel to guys on site, very friendly and got the job done very thoroughly! My cousin works a lot with them in the industry as he does insulation, but regardless of the recommendation I'm so glad we went with them and not someone doing a side job as we had originally planned, it wouldn't have been installed the most efficient way. Every worker on site was very polite and pleasant to work with, hard workers! THANK YOU AGAIN!
I had an old oil furnace and stubby hot water tank that desperately needed upgrading, as well as adding AC through my home. Optimal was great every step of the way answering every question ñand addressing any an all concerns. I am extremely happy with the new system and the workers were all very polite, clean, and courteous. 5 stars all the way!
I wasn’t even able to use Optimal because of the heat wave coming and scheduling but I called regarding scheduling and diagnostic pricing and HALEY IS GOLD. Please give her 20 raises 12 promotions. Her customer service is next to none. Her phone etiquette is near perfect and her personable approach is so comforting in times of uncertainty. If I have the opportunity to work with Optimal in the future, I will because of her. Thank you, Haley.
