From the moment I contacted Michael and his responses and ability to assess the situation to his caring communication, it truly set him apart from other companies. I had called several and either got no return calls or ghosted after contact. And I am literally in amazement at the work Michael and Jamie did. They showed up on time. And listened to what needed to be done. Unbelievable how skilled they are at getting the work done with care and compassion. And making things look so wonderful. Literally like new. What I thought would be impossible to clean they were able to get done in under 3.5 hours. They are efficient and worked so hard. Both were very kind, empathetic and personable. I will be using them again and recommend them highly. For the type of work they do, the prices are reasonable as well. IF I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you for a job well done!
Mike and Jamie were called by my apartment complex to come and clean up a situation that had made its way into the hallway. They were super efficient, timely, and respectful. I stopped to talk to them for a little bit and they told me about their company. If you’re going to choose a bio company, choose them. They did amazing work! Our community owes them big time.
Great service, 10/10 would go with them again.
