From the moment I contacted Michael and his responses and ability to assess the situation to his caring communication, it truly set him apart from other companies. I had called several and either got no return calls or ghosted after contact. And I am literally in amazement at the work Michael and Jamie did. They showed up on time. And listened to what needed to be done. Unbelievable how skilled they are at getting the work done with care and compassion. And making things look so wonderful. Literally like new. What I thought would be impossible to clean they were able to get done in under 3.5 hours. They are efficient and worked so hard. Both were very kind, empathetic and personable. I will be using them again and recommend them highly. For the type of work they do, the prices are reasonable as well. IF I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you for a job well done!
Needed cleaning services before moving because the previous owner was a chronic cigarette smoker and the place smelled awful.
Hired Hazard Pros and they were able to do an assessment and get the place cleaned so fast. The smell is gone!!! We can breathe comfortably thanks to how great of a job they did.
