I used the online check-in at Bonney Lake. The staff all welcomed me as I entered and verified my check-in. Lori C did my cut. She was friendly and listened to what I was looking for and was careful as I pointed out my areas of concern. My cut turned out great! I will definitely go to this Great Clips again.

Hair cuts are fine, just have now had two experiences where great clips sends me a coupon but both times they have said that it has already been used when it hasn't and then the store doesn't honor it. It's not a huge deal but if you go in expecting the coupon price you probably won't get it.

I bring my boys here to get haircuts, and they absolutely have the best staff hands down. There's never a frown to be found, just happy clients and happy staff members. Honestly, I look forward to it, and so do my boys
