I've always had very good experience here! The front desk person is super kind and sweet. When she doesn't know an answer, she'll pop right in the back and ask and come back promptly. My doctor and my nurse has always treated me with respect and always tried to make things easy for me, such as, getting me referrals for a specialist. I use their app, and when I send a message regarding a question, my nurse is super quick and timely in her response. In person, they're kind and they make me feel comfortable when talking to them about my general health check-up or other issues that I have encountered.
