John bid the job perfectly: let us know extra cost to replace any rotted underlayment, added better vents to prevent future problems. His crew worked quickly, efficiently, professionally. We just hope Western Roofing is in business when we need another membrane replacement 15 to 20 years down the road. The office staff is pretty special, too.

I had a small leak in my roof for three plus years. I had three bids, and John was the only one to point out my lack of insulation when my house was built in 1976. He spent 20 minutes explaining how my roof would go from R3 to R38 (or more). The shingles were last thing mentioned as he told me his bottom line was my comfort. Western's crew spent two weeks on my roof as stacking rigid foam, plus doing vents and 'actual' roof took a minute. I love how my house looks with the new roof line. I love even more that I am finally cozy, no matter what outdoor temperature is. Upstairs fluctuations were 10 to 15 degrees different than downstairs. For the... read full review
