Called Westside Mechanical, immediately they were willing to help and have someone trouble shoot my electrical problem same day. I was told a technician would be at my home between 11-1 pm today. Technician arrived at 10:58, had issue resolved in no time at all. I’m a happy customer and will continue to use them in the future. Very pleased.

Having had previous challenges with HVAC companies, we happened to see the “Mobile Billboard” (company van) roll by our home today. I called them on the spot, they provided a wonderful technician (Kyle) who quickly and efficiently solved an ongoing issue we’ve had for months, after paying good money to a previous provider to repair an issue with our furnace. He found a wire left off 1 of 2 elements on the furnace, as well as installed a new electronic thermostat for us, programmed it, gave us a rundown on the operation and verified all systems were good! Based upon our initial experience with West Heating and Electrical, we’ll be back again.
