Kris from West Mechanical was fantastic to work with. He came out to inspect our water heater and determine the extent of the leak. Unfortunately, the water heater does need to be replaced, but Kris was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire visit.
He took the time to answer our questions, explain our options, and even looked at our thermostat while he was here. He provided pricing for both a new thermostat and the water heater replacement, which was very helpful as we plan our next steps.
