I cannot recommend West Coast Windows enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. They were timely, arriving exactly when they said they would — no waiting around or wondering. Their professionalism was evident in every aspect of the job, from the initial consultation to the final clean-up.
What really stood out to me was how courteous and polite the entire team was. They showed up on what was the hottest day of the year so far, and not once did I hear a complaint. They pushed through the heat with a great attitude, and their dedication did not go unnoticed.
The windows have been in our house for 12 years. I had a little trouble with one of the balance mechanisms and the nice people at West Coast Windows stuck with me and talked me through a relatively simple procedure but not simple for me. Very very helpful nice folks
