Found a mystery charge on my credit card days after paying the bill, had to call the management back and found out it was some missing items from the snack tray there. I did not appreciate not having any insight into the charges were going to be made and that there was no receipt for what was claimed to be "missing". If it had all been handled at checkout or if I had at least received an invoice for the items that would have been above board but I really did not appreciate the experience of the way it was done. Management was nice enough to reverse the charge but to me that was beside the point.
Absolutely thrilled with our stay at this hotel! The impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and attention to detail made it a truly an unforgettable experience. From the stylish and modern decor to the delicious dining options at the in-house restaurant Keenan's, every aspect exceeded our expectations. I can confidently say this is our go-to choice for a luxury staycation hotel in Bellingham, WA. We felt right at home. Our room had an electric fireplace, a tub that can fit two people and a reading nook by the big window with a partial ocean view. Worth the money! Great hotel and service. Food was really tasty with nice portion sizes. Some parking in garage otherwise on street. Right on the water with a nice walking path over and alongside the coast line. Next to train tracks so you do get some occasional noise from trains. There are 2 chargepoint+ stations for EV's on the street right next to the hotel.
