Rob was amazing! Super knowledgeable and kind. The circumstances were complicated and he was able to convey to the person I live with this can be an issue which is hard to understand if it’s not for you. He acknowledged my concerns. I felt confident that anything he did or said was reliable. Thank you Rob! You were a blessing. I highly recommend!!
What a fantastic company! It is responsive, kind, and caring, and its service is way above expectations.
My neighbor Dorthy’s pellet stove caught on fire yesterday; she is 97 and doesn't want the inconvenience of being removed from her home. We got her out of the house last night, but that was a one-and-done. She was back home this morning with her heels dug in to stay. I called Service Master, and within a few hours, I had a fabulous young man here named Paul. Paul was sweet and patient, and Miss Dorthy was sweet and patient. Service Master did an excellent job when my basement flooded. They responded quickly, worked efficiently, and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Their professionalism made a very stressful situation much more manageable
