On April 11, 2026, we had a serious water leak. Service Master by Roth was highly recommended to me by a trusted friend. We were very anxious and didn't know what to do. Project manager James assured us that he will take care of everything and was very informative. James ran the entire project like a symphony. The demo crew were great: Acencio, Daniel, Micha, and Triston. The cleaning crew worked as if they are family: Enrique, Jeremaya, and Nicko. Daily Monitoring of wood moisture was done daily by Travis / Jr., they were very informative and good at their job. Last but not least their great office staff: Amanda, Aimee, and Breana.
