Dental Dr was fantastic! Nurse pushed the boundaries by telling the doctor yes multiple times to a question he was asking me about putting stuff on her teeth instead of waiting for me to say yes myself. Last I checked she is not apart of my family or the parent to my child. Maybe have some patience and the intelligence to keep your mouth shut unless that child fell out of your body. Im shocked nurses still act like this.

Had to use this facility due to an emergency. A tooth was infected and was removed. Several weeks later some left over bone from the tooth remained and began to push through my gums and is infected again. Returning to have them fix it because I'm on Medicare and can't be seen elsewhere fast enoigh. Sloppy care!

If I could give this experience 0 stars , I would.I went in for my appointment my today - after calling and confirming they accept apple health, I get to my appointment. After giving the front desk my apple health card she tells me “your card isn’t working.”Mind you two of these girls at the front were completely unprofessional - were not listening to anything I was saying and kept making me repeat myself. So I proceed to call my apple health and figure out what’s going on.As I am calling apple health, they decide to take me back to my appointment- WITHOUT CONFIRMING MY COVERAGE!I am told if I don’t go back there they will have to reschedule me for 6 months out.I am taken back to a room - absolutely no privacy- they don’t shut the door at all, and I am trying to tell the lady I don’t feel comfortable being seen without making sure I am covered as I cannot afford this visit. She says to sit in the chair and fill out the paper work, and we go over some personal info.We confirm that I am pregnant, and that I am high risk. She then tells me that we are going to the back to get X-rays. I told her I do not feel comfortable Getting an X-ray as I am high risk, and she proceeds to convince me that it’s fine and at this stage in pregnancy it doesn’t “do anything”After going back and fourth she finally accepts that I decline an X-ray.The experience with the actual dentist was fine, took all of 15 minutes, but then when I got out to figure out my coverage it was a mess!!!Again, the girls at the front were looking at their phones, computers, even talking to other patients while I am standing up there.I had to explain myself to 3 different women. After about 20 minutes and getting super frustrated they proceed to tell me “we spelled your last name wrong, so that’s why your apple health card wasn’t working”They did not apologize or seem sympathetic at all, they simply gave me my cards back and you’re covered have a nice day.*sorry for the long post, but I am not the type to review anything, but my experience here was absolutely AWFUL and I would never recommend anyone go here!

Front desk staff was courteous and professional. Dental assistant (long dark hair?) was so friendly and reassuring. Dr. Lopez was also excellent. Gentle and made sure I was numb before the extraction. It was an emergency appointment, so yes I had to wait. I was just happy they got me in.

Dental Staff is great, they do a good job, and have never had any issues with them. Office staff is the most racist people I have ever had the misfortune to be around. Said they would call me back, but did not. Tried multiple times to set up an appointment, but they would not. It took me three years to get an "emergency" appointment for my molar that broke in half. By the time the front desk decided to let me be seen it was beyond saving and had to be pulled. They made it very clear that they were being very nice letting me get service here. I do not know if if is because I am a military vet, or white male, but they let me know that they do not think I should be there as they are only for the minorities.

These folks are so very kind and generous. When I came with a recurring dental issue, they treated me very well, and the Dentist is extremely capable.

Not Impressed Sea Mar!My husband came in with a broken tooth and exposed nerve! 40% of his tooth is gone root and nerve exposed. He's in extreme amounts of pain every day. The dentist only gave him a weeks worth of hydrocodone and one prescription of ibuprofen. His extraction appointment isn't for another month! (2 months away from when the appointment was made) They just expect him to writhe in agonizing pain for 2 months, with no help on getting a refill until his appointment.Great dentistry work guys!

(This is a very busy office, so everyone has to wait to be seen)All of the Staff Members here are professionals at their jobs.Dana the Secretary was helpful, friendly, and courteous. When Dr. Klem fixed my chipped molar, the entire procedure was fast and completely painless. My tooth looks great, now. It feels like there has never been anything wrong with it, before !Thank you, Dr. Klem and SeaMar.
