Mark, of Plain English Technology, just saved the day for me! Today all the emails from my controller were being deleted. Very important - critical information I was not receiving. I submitted a Help ticket online and Mark responded immediately. He spent more than two hours, patiently walking me through all of the steps to troubleshoot what was going on. He never gave up on me, never got frustrated with me, one step after another until he figured out the problem. This was not a typical situation. I own an MSP in Maine (Ekim IT Solutions), and I was fortunate to meet Ezra, the owner of Plain English Technology, at a conference. Since then, we’ve stayed in touch, often exchanging ideas and assisting each other with complementary projects.

Recently, I found myself in a tough spot with a tight deadline. I reached out to Ezra late on a Saturday night, asking if there was any way he could help.
