Pacific Pest Management is amazing. Jonas came to my house and was professional, informative and quickly identified and addressed the pests I was having trouble with. He came up with a solution and it was very affordable. I signed up for a monthly plan and if I had any problems between visits, when contacting them Jonas would come out and check if needed, or answer any questions I had. He always put my mind at ease. At one point I needed to move out of the state and left a set of keys with Jonas to access and treat my property. Jonas and Pacific Pest Management have been terrific in responding to the occasional ant issues we've had in our home. He's been incredibly responsive and has been able to fit us in either the same day or within 1 business day of my call or email. Jonas is very friendly and professional, wears protective shoe coverings in the home, and is always happy to explain what he is doing and make recommendations on how we can minimize issues ourselves.
