Came same day all the way out to Maple Falls to remove a hornet nest hanging right over where I park my truck, right at the gate of our fence and the only way into and out of the property. The tech explained future preventative measures and what to expect over the next few days. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly and helpful.
Grateful for the comprehensive, meticulous, and resourceful evaluation and services. Every room, the garage, and basement/crawl space were assessed with suggestions/ explanations/strategies, sharing professional training/experience in amiable, attentive, and friendly approach. Applies products effective in rain/wind until spraying and even trapping are used. Spraying is also meticulous and thorough. Results noted within a couple months.
I met with Jonas today to address my spider and ant issues. I was impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, level of knowledge. Unlike many other pest control companies, Jonas did not pressure me to use his services or commit to a contract.
