I met with Jonas today to address my spider and ant issues. I was impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, level of knowledge. Unlike many other pest control companies, Jonas did not pressure me to use his services or commit to a contract.
Great experience - had a hornet nest removed...they came promptly the next morning and removed it. Their quote was super reasonable - way more than the bigger competitors. Highly recommend using!
Jonah was quick to respond to my iniitial phone call. He scheduled a site visit in a timely manner. He thoroughly explained the long term issues associated with the degree of infestation and recommended a service that coukd do remediation of the damage. He was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He returned in 2 weeks to check on the bait boxes and refilled as necessary. He will be in contact with the remediation service to share information with them. Overall a pleasant end to a not so pleasant discovery (rodent invasion of attic).
