Cody is awesome. He shows up with an upbeat personality, is very professional and explains exactly what he will be doing. Before the treatment he wants to know if there are any new issues that need servicing. More important, when he is done he wants you to know Bio Bug is available to help if anything happens within 90 days. He makes sure we know to not hesitate to call if we have activity after the service. I really appreciate Cody's service and Bio Bug as a company.Services: Hornet & wasp extermination

I am so thankful for the excellent customer service that Bio Bug has provided to us. They have been managing our rodent problem at our house for years and have kept the populations low enough that they are not in our home. Most recently we had an emergency with a flea infestation at our rental property. They responded immediately to our request for services and were able to make time to get out to the house the same day. They helped us avert a tenuous situation with our tenants and our renters are please with the response and the removal of the fleas. Thanks Bio Bug!
