I will say, for me, one pest control place is just like the other. Much like car insurance. Where I determine if a company will receive my money is in its people. David R. with Orkin is the only reason we are still with them. David is knowledgeable, kind, approachable, honest and strives to make you feel appreciated. I am tremendously loyal to those companies that put forth the effort to hire and educate their employees. We left Bio Bug and have been with Orkin for this very reason. Dale with Orkin is absolutely amazing!!! I have had several pest control providers in the past and none can compare to the level of customer service professionalism and service provided by Orkin!
PS: I love that there is such a corporate commitment to hiring ex military!
