I have been evaluated and treated for osteoarthritis of my foot. Dr Taylor is knowledgeable and thorough and took time to listen and explain everything. Both he and Dr Hall are pleasant and helpful providers. All the front office and radiology staff have been caring and very friendly! The staff and doctors at NCCC were all wonderful, kind, and supportive! Dr Hall took his time explaining things to me — how the radiation would work, the current standard of care, and any possible side effects to expect. He answered all my questions, and was never dismissive of my concerns or preferences. And the radiologic staff were amazing! Professional and competent, yes — but especially kind and respectful and friendly! They made a potentially scary procedure as comfortable and easy as possible. I really hope never to have cancer again — but if I did I would not hesitate to return here. Good people!
