I was 38 weeks pregnant and needed someone to clean for me, so I contacted Monica and we set up a date and time for her to come. When said time arrived and she didn't show I called her, she didn't answer. So I texted her to confirm that she was still coming. I hear back one hour after the time she was supposed to be at my house, and her response was a text to inform me she had no helpers in Blaine. Well I'm not located in Blaine, if something had come up I would've been understanding if she had reached out to me prior to the appointment, and not showing without a call or text is extremely unprofessional. Of course I wouldn't recommend her.

Monica came to our house to do an estimate and see our place. Said she would come back to clean with 1 other girl and made lots of promises. Well, she ended up sending two girls who have never seen the house, didn't know where/what to clean and did a very poor job to say the least! They scratched our brand new stainless steel kitchen sink, left dirt and debris all over and did and extremely poor cleaning job! I contacted Monica to provide feedback, and it took her days to reply and she did not apologize, offer any resolution and just moved on. save yourself money and time and hire a quality cleaning service, not this company!!
