We had our heating and AC unit serviced and it was well overdue. Even though our high efficiency furnace is not a brand they carry, they did an excellent job at a very reasonable charge.
Marr’s is amazing. We contacted them for the first time 13 years ago and never regret it. Recently we ask for their information on how to cool our house. TJ gave us all the time we needed and then some. We wanted multiple options, time to figure out what would work for us, and even got other companies to give us quotes on what we believed would work for now. Honesty, communication, professional, and true to their word. We will continue to use them for years to come as we update our 95 year old home. Trust and honesty. We always appreciate the professional care we get for service calls for A/C and furnace tuneups. The service staff always call ahead to make you aware they are on their way and will send an email ahead of time to let you know the name/picture of the person to expect. 5 star care !
