OMG!!! We took our vinyl record player (Sansui HiFi) for a repair and not only did the repair happen (fantastically), but Russ the technician very lovingly cleaned / restored our player and made minor adjustments. I’m stunned - It’s looks good as new! ? We bought it with a slightly wonky looking lid and he fixed and shined everything up. THANK YOU RUSS! I was just expecting a repair and you treated our lil’bubby so nice. Truly so happy!

I came in looking to get my record player serviced and ended up trading it for a better used piece of equipment at an incredible price. The repair was quick and done at no charge, and I received some excellent tips on vinyl care. Plus, I feel like I made a friend today! I'll definitely be back in the near future!
