Very friendly and helpful staff at the office. Was able to get accommodated for an appointment for my fireplace relatively quickly despite the busy Christmas season. Gentleman who came by was super-knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. Will work with these guys in the future if I ever have issues.

I have purchased 4-5 bbqs , 2 hot tubs all my hot tub chemicals , and now a pellet stove. I have always enjoyed dealing with Breanna and the other staff. I would highly recommend Innovations to everyone.

I have been buying my Sundance spa parts from innovations for a few years now, always helpful friendly staff everytime I call or come in person. Their help has kept my old dinosaur running. They have also got back to me with information to fix my tub and called back like they said with the right info. Can't say enough, my go to for parts, usually In stock and priced the same as online. Keep up the great work!!
