Lindsey is the most talented massage therapist ever! She has a wonderfully intuitive sense for what will help my muscles feel better and is very attentive and focused during massages. She is also kind, compassionate, and just a joy to chat with.

I have Fibromyalgia and recently went through a very stressful period. Lindsey provided a great massage experience but it was the Bowen work that really helped me calm my nerves and Fibro-flare. Her space is warm and cocoon-like. Her manner is kind, attentive, and affirming while also being extremely professional. It took much less time than normal to manage the flare and I was able to both sleep and have enough energy to take walks which is unusual during a flare and also necessary for healing. I definitely recommend her work!
