There were a couple of work orders the apartment manager wanted professional help with. John was great! On time, thorough, experienced and easygoing. While he deferred attic evaluation and repairs to the apartment maintenance crew, he was able to get the bath fan working at the wall switch. It was the first time I’ve seen the switch working. If it continues to operate, he believed it may help the continuous airflow failure (by the TP square test) at the vent updraft. We are very grateful he tried to repair connections on the wall electrical box. On a separate issue, John showed us why it would be too costly a repair. John came by our apartment yesterday to check out some problems. He was relaxed, polite, and listened well. He walked through the problem list with us, diagnosing each one, and explained what was behind each issue. He was great at showing us the options and the trade-offs for fixing problems. We’d be glad to have him work with us in the future. Thanks, John!
We had several maintenance items that needed to be done when we first moved into our rental condo. Ground Busters Northwest did a great job! Some of the items needed to have parts ordered and they kept in great contact with me during that process. They were very knowledgeable and so friendly! I would definitely use them again in the future.
