Shannon is very friendly and knowledgeable about curly hair/products. She was very accommodating and made sure that I felt comfortable, especially during COVID (e.g. window open, towel over face during hair wash).

I am one of lucky ones to get an appointment with Shannon for a curly cut. I was blown away with not only her knowledge and kindness, but her skill and thoughtful way of explaining everything. I learned so much, and enjoyed every minute of my time here. When I saw how long curly cuts take I was a little intimidated, as it can be a long time to chat with a stranger. Shannon made it so comfortable and is just plain sweet! I am SO happy with my hair. I usually leave and have to restyle at home. I left with bouncy curls and can't stop admiring my hair. I'm so excited to not battle with my hair every day. Not only did I learn a ton about how to style and things to avoid, but I have an amazing cut. Thanks Shannon!!

I won't let anyone else cut my hair after Shannon did her amazing work. I spent most of my life being unsatisfied with my haircuts as most beauticians don't know how to handle curly hair. The first time she cut my hair I was blown away and knew I would never go back. She is very attentive, listens closely to what you have to say, and taught me how to love and take care of my curls. Her salon has a relaxing atmosphere, and he has a calm welcoming demeanor. I would recommend her to anyone, especially those with curly hair. I didn't know my hair could be so great until Shannon showed me the way.
