I had my sump pump inspected before the rainy season starts and I am very happy with the service I received. Shawna called to let me know they were on the way. Daniel and his partner (sorry didn't catch his name) showed up on time. They worked efficiently and were both very kind and professional. They closed everything up just as they found it. These guys are amazing. We had a serious problem with a sewer return line. I know of other companies that would have make this project much bigger than necessary. The Favinger team got it diagnosed with minimal disruption to our property and for far less than it might have cost.

Favinger had a very reasonable service fee to get a technician (Daniel) out to my house.
While he could not snake the drains I was hoping for, he explained very thoroughly the reasons why and what needed to change to make my house plumbing more effective (1910 home with many remodels by questionably qualified people under it's belt). I look forward to his bid for that work and appreciate the expertise!
