I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Family Care Network. Dr. Kaeley Kaplan has gone above and beyond to help me with a complex case, getting me seen by specialists, and easing my fears. She listened to me, and heard my concerns and actually addressed them! Having the lab on site is so convenient as well. The staff are all super professional and friendly.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kaplan for the past five years and she has been nothing short of wonderful. She has seen me for a wide range of topics and displays understanding and care every time. The medical assistants are very sweet and are often a familiar face before I’m seen by the doctor. I also have labs performed at this location quite frequently and the techs are always efficient and polite; same is said for the front desk staff. Thank you for your service and kindness!
