The doctors, techs, and staff are all really kind, patient, and friendly. They are well-trained in how to handle owners (especially anxious ones). They're all really patient with my pets that have severe trauma. I appreciate the clinic's flexibility with allowing the owner to stay with the pet as it goes under anesthesia and with post-surgical procedures to reduce the stress for pets that have trauma. I also appreciate their flexibility during exams in making sure my pets are comfortable and feel safe. To be entirely honest, however, I have not seen a significant difference between this vet's clinic and any other clinic that truly cares about animals. I... read full review
Front desk is easy to get in touch with, are nice and willing to listen to any questions/concerns, and will give you a pretty prompt call back if needed. I worked with Dr. Brown and she was great, explained treatment options well and answered all my questions patiently. You can really tell the people who work here love their jobs and are more than happy to help no matter what. Also cost wise, I feel it's pretty reasonable.
