My only appointment was awful. Joseph was cold from when he got me from the waiting room and then it just got worse. He was rude and condescending. He came at me with lots of fear and frustration which seemed to mostly be about his inability to do anything for me. When I called, I explained my main health concern and then I filled out extensive questionnaires about my health only to show up to a frustrated doctor that charged me for doing nothing except lecture me and project on to me his own frustration. I'm embarrassed to even repeat what was said in his office. It's really sad.

Absolutely wonderful. I have been a patient since 2019 and Dr. Garrett has made my life better at all turns delaling with health issues from the rook cause. They always have time available reasonably soon, often even same day. The front desk is incredible too. An amazing personalized service and a real in house person always answers. Love that I chose the naturopatic clinic down the road.

I cannot express enough how thrilled I am to have found and gotten in with Dr. Sarah Garrett. I was so impressed with her bedside manner, knowledge and ability to address my concerns in a way that I understood and felt comfortable with the plan moving forward. I wish I had discovered her sooner.

I've been going to Dr Sarah Garrett for years and I appreciate her very much. She is holistic in her approach, incredibly intelligent and knowlegable, and takes time to listen and get to know her patients. She remembers my past issues, what's going on in my life that may be effecting my health, and is willing to search for and try things to get to the root of what the issue really is. I trust both her care and her ability. That is a great mix and hard to find in a doctor.

I highly recommend Fairhaven Integrative Health to anyone looking for exceptional care and improving their health. Another huge plus is the quick turnaround time to be seen.

Terrible experiences with Dr. Sarah Garrett. She didn't listen to my concerns, was very dismissive. Would throw out diagnoses as casual suggestions without actually investigating. After seeing her for over a year - with many billing issues, late/rushed appointments - I gave up because she refused to listen to me regarding chronic issues, and instead she suggested I was "just anxious" and prescribed an antidepressant. Fast forward, I've found a doctor who actually listens to me, have been diagnosed for my chronic symptoms, and am working towards a treatment plan that works for me. Would never recommend this office to anyone.

Fantastic process, great listener! I am relieved to be working on my health recovery with Dr. J Garrett. A seamless interaction with a straightforward plan. I wanted to start this journey with him because I have been struggling with metabolic rundown and NAFLAD for a long while now and I wasn't making progress with my PH provider. I always wanted a doctor to walk me through the functional science and natural recovery of my situation and I found him. As tired as I have been due to my health issues, He was very kind and explained things clearly and offered moments for questions. I had a horrible experience with Sarah Garrett. She was brash and dismissive during the appointment, but the worst part is she never followed up like she said she would. I got my labs drawn and she never called like she said she would to discuss them and come up with a treatment plan. I called the office 3 times when finally the front desk gal relayed a message to me from Dr. Garrett that was obviously for a completely different patient with a completely different problem. So I spent $250 here just to have to go to a different doctor to help me with the issue I went to Sarah Garrett for. I absolutely do not recommend going here.

Well...Dont waste your time here. I was so hopeful that Dr. Garrett would be able to help me with my autoimmune disease. After no returning of emails I assume he doesn't know what to do or doesn't want to take me on. My wife agrees this place is a waste of time. She had seen Dr. Sarah Garrett before I had tried and said they didn't click at all. An overtalker. Didnt listen to her problems and felt belittled. Sorry Dr. Duo. Had your chance to reply. Now too late. Beware

I was suffering from multiple frustrating and seemingly mysterious symptoms for 15+ years. I went to a number of doctors who wrote it off and didn't do any questioning or testing. Dr. Sara asked questions, ran tests and used a combination of pharmaceutical medicine and natural medicine. Now, for the first time since I was in my early 20's my body feels back to normal again!!
