I had a blue screen error requiring Windows reinstallation. He got my PC in the same day I called and I had it back the next day! All the repair AND even data recovery in such a short timespan! He's transparent with his recommendations and he's great at sending updates thru videos and pics. I did not expect warranty on his repair so that was a nice surprise and security with the quality of work he does. Totally recommend!
