I was absolutely blown away and super impressed with his attention to relative details from over a year ago and the recognition, genuine interest and concern, as well as the support I felt was unmatched to any experience I’ve had in a doctor’s office environment or any customer service experience for that matter. Dr Kartman at cascade medical advantage has shown me more compassion and care than any other doctor I have ever had. We have a 15 year relationship and he has been stern with me when he had to be, but he’s always cared for me like no other medical professional I’ve ever encountered.
