    Charleen only works 2 day's a week unless you want to spend Sunday in a hair appointment. Friends and family suggested getting the color formulation to make due during this Corona virus. Following was Charleen's reply to my request: "In regards to the hair color, brand and formulation is specific to each stylist. I am sure your new stylist will be able to use the color they are most comfortable with." Wow no wonder she is soliciting for 10 new clients when working only part time.

    Was rude when I came in to see if I could schedule an appointment. Made weird comments about me having a short forehead and couldn't schedule me for a month out even though the sign says “walk ins welcome”. She asked me to have my hair pre-washed and dried before I came in, which I also thought was weird. I put it on my calendar while I was there talking to her, a month out. I came in on the scheduled date and at first she didn't know who I was, then she said I had missed the appointment and it had actually been the previous week. She made it sound like it was my fault and didn't not offer to reschedule.She said she emailed me but I have searched my full review
