Disappointed to say the least. I called for the business I work for as we had an active leak. Without a credit card number the receptionist would not let me know if they had time on their schedule to help us. Not to schedule but to check their schedule they wanted a credit card number. I and everyone in our company will not use this company for this reason. Unprofessional and borderline rude lady there. ?

I had some outdoor drainage work done last week by Bellingham Plumbing Pros. They didn’t have the cheapest quote (they also weren’t the most expensive) but they had the best references and seemed gave me the most confidence. They guarantee their work, which I saw firsthand when the owner came out personally to my house to deal with some concerns I had. My house had been getting flooded every time it rained and they alleviated all of it. They truly care - absolutely recommend.

Our technician (sorry I forget his name) was very friendly and patient with us (we had lots of questions). He checked our water heater problem and fixed it quickly. At our request, he also agreed to do an air conditioning check and let us know that everything was working as it should be. We greatly appreciated his skills and friendly nature. Great job!!
