My review is overdue, but Alyssa, the Hygienist, left a great impression with her service. She is a rockstar! She thoroughly explained questions I had during my visit. She is kind, professional, and very friendly!!

The most exceptional dental care/doctors, I have ever had in whatcom county. States best ! whatcom county inmate female dentist! Washington state is blessed to have her as a dental/medical doctor provider at whatcom county jail. Takes a special women to work as a Jail inmate dentist. I was shocked by my entire experience with her. Her entire professional appearance, patient care, genius women. The intense care , I didn't feel a thing, no pain, 4 back teeth pulled at once(by choice):/ (( daughter age 4 had 14 teeth reconstructed by kulsain pediatrics dentists, 4 more recently, poor baby, ) Anyways I'm a mother who at age 33, just had my first 4 teeth pulled at the same time, woooo. Holy shit. I was in pain swollen as fuck after for 7 days for sure. Just saying. Your a GENIUS WOMEN, Best dentist hands down ma! Receptionist is on point Lindsey

Fabulous team. Every interaction, with every individual, has been excellent. The care is thorough, attentive, and they are exceptionally clear with costs ahead of time. I'm very lucky not to have any pre-existing dental phobia but I appreciate how much they do to mitigate those worries and are very conscientious of potential discomfort. 10/10, cannot recommend enough!

The doctor and hygienists are always so nice and helpful. The billing staff, particularly Janet, is condescending and flat out rude. I’ve never experienced such rudeness and disrespect dealing with a billing person. Not returning.

My family and I are new to the Bellingham area. We were all welcomed and treated like forever clients at Barkley Village Family Dentistry. My children have had great experiences and were treated with age appropriate care and my husband and I have been able to maintain our dental health with preventative as well as collaborative care for our pearly whites. Thank you for always being accommodating and kind to our entire family.

Our insurance from my job changed after several years and when I asked if they took our new insurance they said they did. My checkups were always fully covered. Then I received a sizable bill for the balance of a simple checkup and cleaning and I come to find out they are “out of network”. This was an omission at best and shady business practices at worst. I would have changed dentists had I known.PS-When I brought this up to them this is a text response I received from their office:“Justin, you are a responsible adult. You can do the responsible thing and pay your balance or let the account default. I have cancelled your next appointment and inactivated your account. You will receive a statement in the mail. each month until paid. Janet -Barkley Village Family Dentistry”There are great dentists and hygienists there, but don’t bother going if you have Guardian insurance unless they tell you the cost upfront.
