About Optum - Bellingham
The Everett Clinic at Bellingham is a healthcare provider known for its friendly and helpful service. Patients can schedule appointments with specialists, including allergists, though wait times can be around three weeks. Having served families for over 20 years, the clinic has notable providers, including Dr. Rattan, who is praised for her empathy and ability to create effective health programs. The clinic's staff, including a nurse noted for her caring demeanor, are appreciated, but some patients have reported difficulties in securing appointments without long wait periods. Despite some negative feedback about management, many long-time patients express satisfaction with their doctors and the overall friendly atmosphere.
Honestly didn’t have any issues when I went in besides me and the technicians all not realizing I should have been fasting for them. But that wasn’t just them, it was me too. Otherwise nice and friendly, easy procedure and not painful.
Idk why the other reviews say it sucks, they made me super nervous for nothing
Who gives a telehealth appointment for an ear infection? How do you expect this to be solved? Not to mention, I called once for some female issues and the guy on the phone apparently thought it was funny. Another time I called for an appointment, was unsure about some things, and the woman had the worst attitude I've ever heard from someone who works for a doctors office. Do better if you truly care about people.
I have been a patient with Associates in Family Medicine for 20 years. The staff, nurses and doctors have all been friendly and professional.
A few years ago a big conglomerate (Optum) bought the practice and has wrecked it. They dont care about anything others than profit.
I still see my dr and I try to encourage the staff to stay positive for their devoted patients.
