Honestly didn’t have any issues when I went in besides me and the technicians all not realizing I should have been fasting for them. But that wasn’t just them, it was me too. Otherwise nice and friendly, easy procedure and not painful.

A few years ago a big conglomerate (Optum) bought the practice and has wrecked it. They dont care about anything others than profit.
I still see my dr and I try to encourage the staff to stay positive for their devoted patients.
Agree with others, Dr's great, staff and management poor. Plus, my wonderful doctor's keep leaving. Tells me something. There exists a culture among many of the staff that they are tolerating the patient.
