Jared at Arrow was a great help getting a key unstuck from a car ignition. It was a stupid mistake I made and the experience with Arrow Lock Service was nothing but great. Would recommend to anyone.

We were locked out of our apartment last night when it was 7 degrees and blowing sideways. We were so nervous and cold but the gentleman that came was kind and quick helping us get back inside and warmed up. Would highly recommend.

I had a broken lock (the latch didn't go in) and a lock that needed rekeying. After reading rave reviews, I decided to give them a call. They were able to send a technician the next day. Jerry arrived just on time. He fixed the broken lock and rekeyed both locks. It only took him 20 minutes! The charges were very reasonable. $120 for a service call; $35 for rekeying each lock. The total including taxes was about $207. I highly recommend them!
