Fantastic spot with an even better team! Fiona, Henry, and Mesa are an amazing cast—super supportive and great at getting everyone riled up when it's called for or just giving terrific, thoughtful instruction when I can use it most. I am so glad I joined this gym. The equipment is great and kept clean and in good repair. The people who use the facility are quietly friendly and encouraging. The staff are all kind, patient, upbeat and approachable. You can tell they do their best to create a culture of non-judgmental motivation. I worked with Mesa and she is knowledgeable, personable, and focused. The owner has created a really good space for people of all levels of fitness, where you never feel intimidated, which is exactly what I was looking for! I am very happy and grateful that I found them.
