I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone for care giving or even to work for there boss woman doesn’t go to sources they just take other peoples calling in and making false accusations and then stopping services so watch out for this company if you have this company I would switch as fast as you can they failed to do anything and failed to support my mothers needs this is a bad company
And to those that work there I would get out fast

this company doesn’t really help to care for your loved ones. They failed to fulfill mine and my dads needs. They send “care givers” that aren’t experienced and don’t even have an idea how to take care of an elderly person with either basic level of needs, and in a week and a half, the agency called me one evening to let me know that my dad wasn’t going to have a care giver for the next 3 weeks or possibly a month (this happened twice) and they didn’t have any subs. My dad supposed to get 5 hours of care Monday through Friday and they ended up only caring for him 3 hours daily, what kind of caring one is to get in that little amount of time? Seems to be a pattern here in Washington State. Another company discriminating based on sex and race. I'm going to off myself, I'm sick of dealing with these people.
