This is the best place I've ever received urgent care. Dr. Nagavi and team were incredible. They took their time with me to address my concerns, allowed for time to ask questions, and I was able to do all of the tests they recommended on site. In and out in under two hours feeling good about my care. This can be hard to achieve as a fat person! But I did not feel dismissed regardless of my body size. Much more affordable than a trip to the ER or other urgent care options.

Had an abdominal pain the whole night, in the morning i was able to schedule an appointment for the same day, they did everything required (urine, blood tests, all of the necessary scans to give me the proper diagnosis), the whole checkup took about 2.5 hours in total which is great compared to any other urgent cares around wa, everyone was very nice, the clinic is very clean, so far the best urgent care Ive received, will definitely recommend to everyone from now on.

I wish we had more places like ZoomCare’s own ER (aka ZoomCare Super). It was my second time there and quality of care and the speed is consistently raising the bar.You get your appointment time for ER, your wait time is 0 - you come in, check in, and almost immediately get to your room that already has your name on it. The room is comfy, clean, and well-equipped. Medical team is most helpful, friendly, and professional. The ER can perform all kinds of tests and exams (CT, blood work, X-Ray, etc.) and you get the results really quickly.
