Professional and kind staff, clean office and building, plus a surprisingly short wait time after I finished paperwork! They were very patient with both myself and my young son who was the one there for an exam. The doctor and assistant both explained things very well and I appreciated that a lot. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care.
My son has been seeing Dr. Carlson since he was 4. They made his eye exams, getting his first pair of glasses and every recheck since then a positive and encouraging experience for him and our family. I’m grateful they are in our neighborhood and so kid friendly.
A+ service and care! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. They far exceeded my expectations! I had to switch eye doctors (move, insurance change) and was worried they wouldn’t be as great as what I was used to. I’d even travelled to my old Optometrist and paid out of pocket to avoid changing. However, I wanted a specific brand of frames (Flying Eyes), and this is the only place that carries them in Washington State, based on the brand website, so I scheduled an appointment. What a wonderful experience! I would give them over 5 stars if I could!
