I’ve been waiting at Enterprise Rent-a-car for the past half-hour trying to get a full size SUV rental for the SECOND time. I don’t know why it’s so hard to get an equivalent loaner to my R1S. Be prepared to get offered a full size SUV and then questioned by Rivian customer service about whether you need a full size (despite buying their full size SUV). No direct numbers to their service advisors either, so you have to explain everything from the beginning to clueless customer service.
Edit: 15,000 miles over two years on my R1S and already six+ weeks in the shop. Lots of moving the child seat in and out of the car. I love my Rivian but it’s not been reliable...read full review
Justin has been nothing but incredibly helpful. So much more personal experience than I had with my BMW and also the folks here always have the biggest smiles. Absolutely all around 10/10 service.
In today's age it's hard to find companies who actually care about their customers. Most of the time I'm met with endless call waiting, robots that just keep going around in circles, or a support team who don't care at all.
Rivian is breaking that mold. As soon as I call or walk in I'm met with a human who listens to my challenge and then directs me in the right solution or solves the difficulty right then and there. I'm a recent R1S owner and have faced a few issues here and there with my new vehicle. Minor things really such as a defective cross bar and a trim piece that missed a screw.
