Genuine. Compassionate. Caring. I reached out to HCTBS when I was at my lowest point recently. I had all but lost hope but then I talked with Rachael and she was so kind and patient. She made me feel safe and welcomed.She literally saved my life (and I’ve never even met her in person). Her willingness to answer my questions over and over and not be annoyed or frustrated showed me what kind of HCBTS was like. The staff is so warm and caring. My case manager Mark is knowledgable and easy to work with. Hes funny and knows his stuff. Hotel California Bellevue was a lifesaver for me and my sobriety journey! The detox facility was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The staff and nurses were all so helpful and nice; taking the time to answer any questions I had and easing my anxiety. My room was extremely spacious and the bed was so comfortable! The meals were great too - shout out to chef Sam! THANK YOU to everyone at Hotel California Bellevue!
