Jennifer has been excellent. She has Been working with this high-conflict family for a year and has been extraordinarily helpful. Scared and skeptical, we we're certainly doubtful given other review. instead, she has been a saving grace. She displays great insight and understanding of the emotional games some parents play, and provides great guidance to corral parents into more appropriate responses. She has been actively engaged with each parent, individually to learn of their perspectives and how to move them appropriately.

She is good at two things: Doing nothing and taking money. My ex repeatedly violated the parenting plan and nothing was done. When my ex refused to even respond to calls to start the intake process, Keilin called *me* to ask why she wasn't responding to calls. If her job was to keep us out of court it was an abject failure since trial was my only option after so many blatant violations and no response. When I appealed to her to get information from a psychologist, she did nothing. When my ex, with a history of violating a no contact order, was told to not come to my house, Keilin said my message to her was not nice enough. Echoing what other parties have stated. Jennifer Keilin spends little time with the parents and their children. Her reporting is unorganized and not complete. Recommendations were based on her own personal bias rather than psychologists and other certified professionals closest to the children.
